Appellation:
Gin idealized from an alcoholic base distilled from wine, zimbrated in double distillation with various botanicals and native berries of our Quinta as well as in the natural environment of our Atlantic Coast. The Sea inspires all of our products, the Atlantic influence is a constant reality in their design and this Gin was no exception to the rule.

Tasting Notes:
Gin idealized from an alcoholic base distilled from wine, zimbrated in double distillation with various botanicals and native berries of our Quinta as well as in the natural environment of our Atlantic Coast.

Storage:
It should be stored upright, in a dry place with a constant temperature between 10-20º and avoiding direct light.

Perfect Serve:
Very pure and natural so it should be consumed, tonic water as neutral as possible, juniper berries, and a sea element (seaweed, Salicornia) with ice will be perfect.
