The grapes were harvested for boxes of 25 kg, after careful selection for their better state of sanity, and sent to the winemaking center where they were completely destemmed. Fermentation took place for 9 days in a 14-ton granite winery, with foot steps and soft rinses for blanket leaching and extraction of phenolic and aromatic compounds. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine was transferred to stainless steel vats where malolactic fermentation occurred and later aged in new French oak barrels for 18 months.

Tasting Notes:
It is a wine of deep ruby colour. In the aroma it is very fruity, with obvious notes of ripe black fruit, such as blackberries and plums, accompanied by notes of chocolate from the barrel and in the mouth is very complex, with an acidity that gives it freshness, with marked but polished tannins and long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
