It has a dark, intense garnet color. In the aroma a complex bouquet where the red and mocha fruits are well integrated with the toasted notes of the wood. In the mouth it presents a balanced acidity and alive, confirming the aromas. Good volume and body in an elegant and attractive set with soft and well-tanned tannins. Winemaking:
The grape varieties were vinified separately in stainless steel vats, with American oak wood, temperature controlled between 24º and 26º, daily reruns, decreasing of intensity throughout the winemaking in order to extract the fruity aromas and the color desired for this wine. The blend was created just after malolactic fermentation.
