Manual harvesting for small perforated boxes. Reception with immediate destemming and crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with temperature controlled of around 23ºC. Prolonged maceration and malolactic fermentation in wood. Stage for 12 months in French and American oak wood, with final tuning in bottle.
Touriga Nacional, Trincadeira, Bastardo
Intense but balanced wine, with great aromatic complexity, good mouth volume and long finish. Wine with great potential for aging.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
This wine is ideal with red meats and roasts, as well as cheeses.
