Winemaking:
After rigorous selection of grapes and destemming, we proceeded to a pre-fermentation maceration, followed by fermentation with control temperature in stainless steel tanks with daily pumping over. Aged in French oak barrels for 9 months.

Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz,Sousão

Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour closed. Main emphasis on the combination of red fruits, wild berries, aromas of violets with spices from the wood. Captivating and soft entry, followed by a fresh and captivating elegance in combination with some smoked wood. Ends creamy, intense and with character.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16 a 18°C.

Goes well with red meat dishes, pastas and cheese.
