The grapes were fermented through the process called "bica aberta". This process lasted for nearly one month at temperatures varying between 14º and 16ºC. The wine aged for 3 months in stainless steel vats.

Tasting Notes:
Flower and mature fruit aromas, with melon notes on the nose. Very mineral and fresh, well balanced persistent flavour, with citric notes.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
