The grapes were vinified in temperature controlled stainless steel vats, with scheduled remontage. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation in its original stainless steel storage tanks and was then racked into oak barrels where it aged for 16 months. 45% in new American oak and the remainder in French oak.

Very concentrated, with balsamic notes and mature red fruit aromas. Big, bold and juicy, with flavours of red fruit. Round and firm tannins with a powerful and exotic finish.

Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
