Fermented in 500 litres French Oak casks from different forests: Allier, Vosges and Nevers. 70% in new barriques, and the rest in one year old casks. Aged for 10 months in French oak casks, with periodical bâtonnage.

Tasting Notes:
Mineral notes on the nose, well integrated with oak. Full bodied, with excellent acidity, good complexity and with a persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
