This is a thesis wine: thinking about the Antão Vaz grape variety harvested at the right time, after waiting for the aromatic and phenolic maturation and fermented in 500l French oak barrels, takes us to another oenological level. Here we can see the Alentejo reflected in the minerality and the sweet and spicy aromas of the cornflowers and the bright sun. Ahead we find long, precise farewell gravity, freshness, tension and linearity.

Serve at a temperature between 9ºC-12ºC.
