Winemaking:
Grapes were carefully selected and transported in boxes of 20 kg. Half of the Verdelho was vinified by foot trodden and endured cold maceration during 3 days, the remaining 50% has been vinified with the whole grape in a press. The Sercial by direct pressing and both were fermented at controlled temperatures between 10ºC and 15ºC. 50% of Verdelho aged for 1 year in new and used French oak casks; the rest in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. In October 3811 units were bottled.
