Hand picked, destemmed and fermented for three weeks in tubs of 1000L with manual press down, until fermentation complete. Hand pressed in basket press. Aging in stainless steel tanks for 4 years, with 3-4 rackings before bottling. No oak or additives used, just sulphite in low levels.
This is a light Syrah with fine floral aromas and a light but subtle taste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Excellent with stew or roasted game and lamb meat dishes.
