Winemaking:
The grapes were picked in the cool hours of the morning to enhance freshness and primary aromas. The fruit was destemmed and gently pressed. The must was clarified then transferred to stainless steel tanks where the fermentation occurred at low temperatures.
Grape Varieties:
Petit Verdot,Syrah,Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour. It relieves aromas of red fruits with notes of tobacco. Soft and rounded in the mouth with balanced acidity and ripe and elegant tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Great to pair with cheeses, game dishes, grilled or even well-seasoned fish dishes.

Contains sulphites.
