The grapes underwent a pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures. The Alcoholic Fermentation was done in vats at controlled temperature not exceeding 26 º C for 12 days and use the robot to walk on. The Malolactic fermentation stage and took place in 90% new barrels of French oak for 20 months.

Tasting Notes:
Intense colour, shades of violet with good concentration on the nose. Rich aroma, with notes of ripe red fruit and some floral notes, well integrated with the aromas from the French oak. In the mouth it has a very good structure with ripe tannins, giving the wine a great body and a great potential for aging in bottle. The aftertaste is rich, elegant and long.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
