Winemaking:
The grapes passed one pre-fermentation maceration at low temperature for 24 hours. The Alcoholic Fermentation was done in mills, with control temperature, not exceeding 27 º C, for 12 days, with the use of robot to walk on. The wine aged for 18 months in barrels of French oak for second and third use.

Tasting Notes:
Wine of deep colour of violet shade, it presents a good concentration in the nose. Rich fragrance, with notes of mulberries and floral notes. In the mouth it presents good structure and a long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
