The grapes passed by a pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures. The Alcoholic Fermentation was done in mills, with control temperature, not exceeding 26 º C, for 15 days with use of robot to step. The Malolactic Fermentation and the stage had place in 100% new French oak barrels for 22 months.

Tasting Notes:
Intense colour with violet tones. The aroma shows rich notes of ripe red fruit and some floral notes well integrated with aromas from the French oak. In the mouth it has good structure with matured tannins, which gives the wine an excellent body and a great potential for aging in bottle.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
