Total destemming, soft juice pressing and alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC. Classic method. Ageing for 30 months in the cellar and 3 months in the bottle after the dégorgement.
Crystal with fine and persistent bubble and crown. Intense citric colour. Complex, with dominant notes of dried fruits, hints of mineral and exotic fruits nuances. Fruity, fresh, elegant and harmonious with a persistent ending.

Serve between 6º and 8º C.
