Winemaking:
Made with the best selection of Arinto grapes, this wine fermented during 25 days in stainless steel vats, with temperature at 12ºC. This wine remained in contact with the lees for 12 months, undergoing “bâtonnage” process: 6 months in oak barriques (American and French) and 6 months in stainless steel vats.

This special wine was made to show all the elegance that a white wine 100% Arinto from the Lisbon Region can have. The fruit, natural freshness and wood notes are perfectly combined creating an exciting and intense wine. Benefiting from ageing on fine lees followed by a 6 months ageing in French and American oak barrels, this wine reflects the cool climate and power of the Atlantic Ocean.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles lying horizontally in an airy and dark place, between 12 and 13ºC. Should be served at a temperature of 10 to 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
An excellent wine to accompany with salads, fish and seafood.
