Winemaking: The portion 24, with only 2 acres, was planted with sticks brought from the French region of the "Cotes du Rhone," from old vines with more than 60 years and not subject to clonal. Therefore each strain is different from the other, and the genetic variability across the plot is too large, resulting in a wine of great finesse and complexity.
