Winemaking: Hand picked, destemmed and fermented on skins for 3-4 weeks in tubs of 1000L with manual press down. Then hand pressed with basket press. Aging in stainless steel tanks for 3 years, with 3 rackings before bottling.
Grape Varieties: Cabernet Franc,Petite Syrah

Store and Serve Advices: Recommended serving at a temperature of 15 to 17ºC
