Hand picked, destemmed and fermented on skins for 3-4 weeks in tubs of 1000L with manual press down. Then hand pressed with basket press. Aging in stainless steel tanks for 3 years, with 3 rackings before bottling. No oak, additives or ?ltering used, just sulphite in low levels.
A strong fullbodied and complex wine which will certainly be apreciated by the wine lover. Both grape varieties are evident in the taste especially the Jaen.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving at a temperature of 15 to 17ºC
Excellent with poultry, meat, smoked sausage, cheeses and some fish.
