The grapes which were previously destemmed, went through a pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures during 24 hours. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks during 12 days with temperature control and 50% of the aging was made in used French oak barriques during 6 months.

Tasting Notes:
Deep colour of violet tonality and good concentration in the nose. Rich perfume with notes of mature black fruit. Very fine on the palate with soft tannins combined with good acidity and long aftertaste. It is a wine to enjoy with or without food.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
