Winemaking:
Full destemming, very light pressing, cold settling followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 15/16ºC.

Tasting Notes:
Pale salmon coloured wine. Good aromatic freshness, showing all its youth. Mineral, floral and red fruit notes. Vivid acidity on the palate, medium body. Medium aftertaste with excellent balance between fruit and greasiness.
Store and Serve Advices:
It is recommended to be consumed at 5ºC. Consume in 12 to 15 months.
Food Pairing:
Great for accompanying fish, seafood and light snacks. Also perfect by itself in a sunset.
