Mechanical harvest. Gentle pressing, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 14/15ºC. It aged for 4 months in stainless steel vats.
White wine with a delicate aroma, balanced between citrus and floral, with a predominance of orange peel and white fruit. Lively acidity, very characteristic of Arinto, with a lively and fresh aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
It is recommended to be consumed at 8ºC. Consume in 12 to 15 months.
Great for accompanying fish, seafood and light snacks. Also perfect by itself in a sunset.
