Justino’s Old Reserve Madeira are created from a mix of local red grape varieties, predominantly that of Tinta Negra. The blend is made of a number of wines that have showed excellent promise when young, and which have spent at least 10 years in oak casks before being bottled. They are generically classified according to the level of sweetness in the wine and sold as four different types: Dry, Medium Dry, Medium Sweet, and Sweet.

Tasting Notes:
Classic touch, with a nice gilded amber colour, limpid, very fresh in the nose, a pleasant dry touch, with good dried fruits notes, mainly nuts, compelling in the mouth, great acidity ruling the set, again nuts and almond notes.
Store and Serve Advices:
As an aperitif serve at a temperature of 10ºC; as a dessert wine serve at 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
It is an excellent accompaniment to dried fruit, butter cookies, dark chocolate and honey cake.
