Harvest By hand to small cases of 15 kg Vinification The grapes are destemmed and crushed followed by a cold maceration. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature inferior to 25º C Ageing "Elevage” in second and third year French oak barrels for 6 months.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby red colour with violet tones. Aroma dominated by fresh red fruits like strawberries and blackberries combined with spicy notes from ageing in barrels. Well balanced acidity, soft and ripe tannins showing a fresh and elegant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
