Winemaking:
Manual harvesting. Reception with destemming and crushing immediately, transporting grapes to the fermentation vats in mass piping with heat exchanger. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 18 tons capacity, with tanning at around 26ºC. Intense and prolonged maceration and partial malolactic fermentation in oak wood. Part of the batch staged in French and American wood for 12 months.

Tasting Notes:
Complex and concentrated, it has the soul and the glow of the Douro grape varieties balanced by the stage in French and American oak wood. In the mouth is intense and long, it feels the texture of the ripe black fruits, good acidity and ripe and smooth tannins, making it enveloping and elegant.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
