The grape bunches are carefully selected in the vineyard and in the winery before crushing. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature, maceration, pressing and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Ageing for 12 months in new French oak.

Tasting Notes:
Deep garnet red colour. A very complex and aromatic wine reminiscent of violets, tar, balsamic and charcoal. A rich and full-bodied wine loaded with notes of blueberry, roses, black tea, chocolate, coffee and balsamic. Very long finish and pronounced fruit flavours.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
A perfect pairing with roasted meat, game dishes as well as some soft cheeses.
