Winemaking:
Borges Quinta da Soalheira transmits the colour, the light that matures the bunch of grape that is destined to have a successful trajectory. The colour of the label highlights the fruit notes enveloped by mature tannins that confer structure to a wine from the warm region of Douro. The wine ages in French Oak casks for 9 to 12 months.

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour. A strong bouquet in which hints of plum and fig, in a well-integrated combination with some vanilla and coffee, resulting from aging in wood. It has a very tasty and sweet attack on the palate, with enormous volume and with smooth tannins in a combination which has a long persistent aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving at a temperature of 16 to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent to go with meat dishes, game and cheese.
