Winemaking:
The grapes come from vineyards of the plateau of Alijó and Murça and are carefully selected in the vineyard and on arrival at the winery, according to their quality to ensure a good acidity and alcoholic moderation. In the cellar the grapes are refrigerated, destemmed and pressed in an inert environment. They then undergo a cold decantation and fermentation at 16ºC. The second fermentation took place in Cuba also at 16%.

Tasting Notes:
Of a light citrus colour, this wine reveals a mineral aroma with notes of fruit like passion fruit and citrus fruits. Its bubble is thin and moderately persistent. In the palate the fruit appears very well balanced by the freshness of the wine. Very refreshing and round, it has a light and fresh finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle horizontally in a cold and dark place with constant temperature. Ready to drink now, but will develop well in bottle for 5 to 7 years. Serve at 6°C.
Food Pairing:
A versatile and fresh wine that accompanies any meal or appetizer. It perfectly accompanies fish dishes, such as salmon, or white meats.
