Winemaking:
Clarification taken through the flotation process. Fermentation in the open spout 12 / 13ºC for 25 days in stainless steel with wooden stage and bâtonnage for 2 months.

Tasting Notes:
Green and clean colour. Tropical aromas of melon and pear, surrounded by a floral aroma given by the linden. In the mouth smooth entry, with wine flavour but is distinguished by the structure of the balance with acidity, which makes fresh and unctuous body. Aftertaste with some persistence of the fruit.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature of 8-9°C.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with fatty fish and baked cod.
