The grapes were harvested in September and were taken to the cellar in 25 kg cases. After being stored in a cold chamber for 12 hours, they were stemmed and partially pressed, then conveyed by gravity to the fermentation tank. The wine-making process was carried out in wooden and stainless steel vats, but the wine was aged only in wooden vats. During the entire process, the wine was moved gently without using pumps but by means of gravity.

Tasting Notes:
Red, intense colour with purple hues. The bouquet is fine and fresh, reminiscent of forest fruits. There are also some floral and spice notes, such as pepper and carnation. A very fresh and direct taste in the palate, opening with volume and ending with finesses and precision.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with all kinds of meat dishes, especially for accompany grilled meats.
