The intense varietal aromas emerge, ripple plum, blueberries and floral hints. It has richness, concentration of plumy fruit flavours, which combined with fine tannins and new French oak barrels ageing, give this wine and excellent and long mouthfeel.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy with roasted, slightly caramelized red meat or game with black fruit jelly. Match also with a powerful Portuguese cheese from “Azeitão” or a traditional “Roquefort”.

Aroma with good density, ripe fruit here combined with floral notes and dry vegetable, all with good impact. Good volume of mouth, here with fine tannins and proper acidity to a greedy, full of red fruit.
