Manual harvesting. Reception with full stalk and immediately crushed, the grapes are fermented by variety in order to be able to do a rigorous selection which will then give rise to "blend". The fermentation is done in stainless steel vats of small capacity, with temperatures around 28 ° C. Soft maceration and controlled to get elegant and aromatic wines.

Tasting Notes:
It's a hot wine with fresh character of the Upper Douro. Aroma of ripe berries with notes of rock rose and spices, and discrete floral notes. Very complex and elegant, with fine, soft tannins and good volume in the mouth, which makes it very gourmet.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
