Winemaking:
The vinification took place in vats with pre fermentation maceration and post fermentation with dynamic temperature control. Ageing in French oak barrels of 600 liters for 12 months.

Tasting Notes:
Very balanced in the mouth and in the aroma, dense and smooth, with plenty of fruit, balsamic fragrances and well integrated wood notes. The end of mouth is intense, fresh and long.

It should be consumed at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.

The wine is ready to follow a good set of grilled red meat.
