Produced according to the Champenoise method. Pressed in pneumatic presses, fermentation in stainless steel vat and stage in bottle. Matured for 4 years in cellar after the second fermentation.

colour bright citrus. With aromas of dried fruit and vanilla notes. The palate is soft and elegant with good acidity and persistence.
