Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour Aroma expressive on the nose with floral notes of Touriga Nacional. Taste of the personality of the 3 grape varieties, floral notes, spices and volume of tannins. Very elegant aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
We recommend to drink it at a temperature of 16ºC. This wine of quality was not filtrated neither stabilized by cold, so we recommend serving carefully, it can create deposit.
Food Pairing:
Good with buttered goat and sheep cheeses, traditional sausages (raw, boiled, or roasted), red meats.
