Promotion valid from the 1th of October 2024 up to the 31th of December 2024 and subject to the available stock

Winemaking:
Quinta do Vallado Prima differs from the typical Moscatel due to his dryness. This wine is made with 30 years old Moscatel vineyards. Before fermentation take place the moist was kept together with the liquid, a technique called Skin Contact. Fermentation, using the process called "bica aberta", lasted for nearly one month with temperatures varying between 14º and 16ºC. The wine was kept for 3 months in stainless steel vats.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.

This wine is recommended for the appetisers.
