Winemaking: Harvest in 2nd week of September. Perfect phenolic maturation. Transportation of the hand picked grapes from the vineyard to a state of the art winery, in small (20Kg) boxes. Fermentation in granite mills with controlled temperature.
Tasting Notes: Intense red colour. Red fruits very well maturated are very present in the aromas and also some spices. In the mouth the tannins are very present and smooth giving a fine elegance in this wine in the end of mouth is very persistent and powerful.
Store and Serve Advices: It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
