The harvest is made in the perfect phenolic maturation of each parcel separately. The fermentation is made in the historic granitic mills (lagares) with the traditional feet tread process, with controlled temperature. Macerations during 15 days with skin contact. The aging process is during 18 months in new French oak barrel.

Tasting Notes:
Red intense colour with a slight hint purpura. On nose, is an extremely rich wine smells like the fruits of the forest, blackberry and raspberries that complete as a floral bouquet, where violets are dominant and a slight hint pepper. It is a wine characterized by good volume and good persistence in mouth. Tannin smooth well integrated, gives this wine a final mouth fresh with notes of dry fruits. The after tasting aromas, reminiscent of chocolate and notes of fruit.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.

This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
