After rigorous selection of grapes and destemming, it was proceeded to a pre-fermentation maceration, followed by a light grape pressing. Then the must had a settling period, followed by the fermentation of the must in new French oak casks. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation the wine aged for a period of 12 months in the oak casks, during which it was performed the bâtonnage.

Tasting Notes:
Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Aroma intense, especially mineral notes combined with some fruit and the elegance of wood notes, giving it an unusual complexity. Full and dense at the entrance, followed by freshness and elegance and bulky. Ends long and complex.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be drink around 8-10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
