Grapes stemmed and crushed. Pre-fermentation cold maceration for 48 hours followed by alcoholic fermentation at temperatures between 26 and 28ºC. The wine aged in French oak barrels for 14 months.

Bright violet colour. Aroma very concentrated and elegant of black fruit, with a perfect combination of wood very well integrated. The palate is full-bodied, fruity with balsamic notes and very good and round tannins. It has a long and persistent finish typical of a great wine from the Upper Douro.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
