Grapes stemmed and crushed. Pre-fermentation cold maceration for 48 hours followed by alcoholic fermentation at temperatures between 26 and 28ºC. The wine aged in French oak barrels for 14 months.

Tasting Notes:
Bright violet colour. Aroma very concentrated ripe black fruit where the fruit combines perfectly with notes of wood. Very good balance in the mouth, full of character and grit.

Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
