Grapes stemmed and crushed. Pre-fermentation cold maceration for 48 hours followed by alcoholic fermentation at temperatures between 26 and 28ºC. The wine aged in French oak barrels for 9 months.
It presents a bright purple colour, with a concentrated aroma, elegance, floral touches, and blueberries. Its ripe fruits and freshness combine in a perfect blend with balsamic notes from the wood. In the palate it's full-bodied with mature tannins and balsamic notes. It has a long, fresh and persistent finish that make this a great Wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
