Winemaking:
Fermentation and maceration take place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. 100% of the wine ages in new French and American oak barrels for 18 months in excellent natural ageing conditions.
Grape Varieties:
Sousão
Tasting Notes:
The colour is deep ruby typical from the grape variety. On the nose a slight highlight of vegetables nuances that combine with fine notes of ripe fruit and typical tertiary notes of the variety, such as coffee and spices, offering a lot of complexity and intensity. In the mouth it shows up elegant and soft, with round and soft tannins, something unusual in wines produced from Sousão grapes. It has a profile that allows it to be consumed while young, however, will certainly reward those who choose for the evolution in the bottle.
