Winemaking:
Manual harvesting. Reception with destemming and crushing immediately, transporting grapes to the fermentation vats in mass piping with heat exchanger. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 18 tons capacity, with tanning at around 24ºC. Soft and low-temperature winemaking, with the aim of obtaining elegant and smooth wines. Partial stage for a period of 4 months in American and French oak wood.

Tasting Notes:
Aromas of red fruits and spices reveal a soft maceration to preserve the typical notes of grapes and have the wine at its peak after bottling. The palate is very smooth and sweet with balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.

Full bodied, good legs, slightly shap, not as smooth as I expected,quite earthy on the nose.
