The vineyard which gave rise to the fourth edition of Secret Spot was planted in 1916, on pre-phylloxera terraces. The vine varieties present in this vineyard cannot be identified in their entirety. Field Blend, more than 10 different grape varieties. Manual selection of the berries - berry by berry. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for four days in French oak barrels, where the grapes were subsequently trodden and fermented. This was followed by 15 days’ post-fermentation maceration. Aged in new oak barrels for 20 months. Limited edition 1500 bottles.

Tasting Notes:
Very intense lively red colour. Mineral, wild fruits and plums both fresh and in syrup. Captivating. Elegant, sugary, fine density but very compact.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
