Winemaking:
Grapes harvested from old vines in the Douro region, mainly from the grapes Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and Tinta Barroca, stalked, macerated and fermented under a meticulous control, in order to highlight the grape aromas of the grape varietals and make the tasting fresh and delayed. Aged with a mixture of American and French oak, which has increased the complexity and aromas of vanilla and coffee in a rich spicy background.

Tasting Notes:
Intense red color, a harmonious set of red fruits and notes of coffee, spices and oak that combines in a pleasant lingering bouquet.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed between 16 - 18 ºC.

Paired mainly with rich meat dishes, game and strong flavoured cheeses.
