Hand picking of the grapes to small baskets. Total destemming of the grapes. Wine fermentation with moderate temperature control in stainless steel vats. Manual “Daily remontage". Matured in used French oak casks for 12 months. It is unfiltered and was not cold stabilized in order to preserve all of its natural qualities; it will therefore, with time, throw a natural deposit in the bottle.

Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz,Touriga Franca
Tasting Notes:
Intense red ruby with some violet nuances. Complex, very rich. Touch of rip red fruits, mature black fruits, blackberry, cherry, black currant with spice nuances. Medium/full bodied, nice notes of black matured fruits, warm and somewhat austere. Well balanced acidity with good tannins. Very long finish with persistent flavours to mature fruits on the palate.
Store and Serve Advices:
To be served at a temperature between 16º to 17º C.
Food Pairing:
Perfect with Cheeses, ham, grilled meat, spice pastas, stews and some fat fish.
