Winemaking:Total destemming. 8 days of fermentation with the grape skin 5-6 days. Long maceration. Stage for 13 months in new and 2nd year French oak and 3 months, minimum period in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour. Flavours of orange blossom, violets, dark plums and geranium, making a very delicate whole, subtle, with great class. Fresh, well structured, again with plums on the palate, together with white and rose pepper. A Touriga Nacional with a freshness and structure that reminds Dão region, but not forgetting its Douro roots.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 17ºC.

This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
