Transport in 20 kg boxes, destemming with crushing, pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours, inoculation followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats below 24ºC. Aging in French oak barrels where it stays for 16 months.

Grenade colour with red nuances. Good aromatic intensity with notes of forest fruits, chocolate, tobacco and toast. Soft and fresh flavour, strong tannins of black fruits and spices. Silky, elegant and prolonged aftertaste.
